Change Is The Only Constant In Life

When things change inside you, things change around you. 

The title of my to do list has now changed to, Today, I get to. When I used to get up, I used to feel anxious and overwhelmed by how much I had to juggle, so I thought to myself I need to change the way I look at my to do list. 

Instead of feeling stressed out, I now look at the things that I get to do. Through doing this, my day is filled with gratitude as opposed to a negative attitude.  The words that we choose to use play a big part. 

If you change your I have to do to I get to, how do you view things?  Instead of:

  • I have to go to workout- I get to workout.
  • I have to go to work- I get to go to work
  • I have to eat healthy- I get to eat nutritious food. 

Most of the things we moan and complain about are things we should be blessed about doing. Our attitude towards things really make a big difference. 

It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes practice to think like this, but with the effort, this mind-set shift becomes the norm. 

The shift from a negative mind-set to a positive one full of gratitude and opportunities really will make you feel so much lighter and happier.
