What would you do if you had enough time?
It can feel like 24 hours isn’t enough to get everything done. But ask yourself, how much of those 24 hours do we waste?
Yes rest and recovery is as important as being productive because we need to ensure that our mind and body are both in a good condition.
I want to tell you that there is enough time.
You need to make time for the things that you feel are important to you. Take a look at your priorities and play around with them. Set your goals, make the correct changes and progress to where you want to go.
