The way we speak to ourselves has a huge impact on our happiness.
Most of the time we are actually on auto-pilot and this would have been when we were growing up as this is when we figured out our core values and beliefs and what we stand for.
The thing about this is that we are used to our voice criticising us and being negative towards us.
If you notice this, make sure you:
Ask yourself positive and strong questions such as what do I love about myself?
Change your body position. Ensure our body mirrors how we feel, sit up tall and smile.
Confront the voice and replace it with something that encourages you.
