It is okay to fall off the bandwagon, not follow through with your habits such as journalling, exercising, and meditating etc.
We have all been there, just remember a few things:
You always learn something new each time that you fall off the bandwagon
You can start again the next day
Take the time to readjust your habits and daily tasks
More often than not, you have to have a set back before you plough forward.
