Lost: Mojo. If Found, Please Return

Ever feel like you lose your mojo?

Let me tell you, it is totally normal. 

If you are feeling a little lost, here are ways that you can get your mojo back. 

  1. Put yourself first. This is a big one. Do activities that you enjoy, sleeping early and not listening to the negativity around you. 
  2. Get moving. Do exercise and get moving. 
  3. Eat a balanced diet. Fruit and veg helps to increase productivity. 
  4. Remove toxic people from social media. Get rid of all the accounts that make you feel down and not your best, or those that you compare yourself too. 
  5. Go back to your daily rituals; meditating, journalling, gratitude lists, dancing etc. Whatever it is that makes you feel good, do it.
