Go To Plan B

What do you do when things don’t go to plan?

Firstly, when this happens it causes us stress and anxiety which is the normal human reaction. 

Instead of bottling up these feelings, there are a few steps that we can take to help us stay on track. 

  1. Take a step back. Look after yourself. Exercise, meditate, have a long shower or bath. Just take that breathing space and give yourself some self-love and self-care. 
  2. Evaluate the situation. Think about if there is anything that you can about the situation? Is there something different that you can do?
  3. Create a plan of action. Whatever you need to do to help the situation or overcome it, write it down, add it to your calendar and it do it. 

Just remember that in the end things always work out and it will be okay.
