As a human we constantly have thoughts running around our head. Many of these are small thoughts and float in and out without us noticing.

However, there are a few thoughts that occur, that cause us to doubt ourselves.

  • Each day I am getting closer to achieving my goals

There is only one of you. You are amazing and you are capable. You are on your own journey and every journey is unique to the individual. You are enough as you are. Breathe in confidence and exhale in fear.
