Things seem pretty overwhelming at the moment. It seems to be the fact that we all have so much going on and we are probably still adapting to living like this after we haven’t for a long period of time.
If you catch yourself feeling like things are getting a bit too much, here are a few things that you can do:
- Write down your feelings. Grab a pen and paper and let it all out. Every thought feeling and emotion. By doing this, you will feel lighter.
- Do something that you enjoy. Self-care isn’t selfish. Take some time for yourself and do what you need. Put yourself first.
- Mediate. Bring yourself back to the present moment.
- Move. Whether this is walking outside or doing a work out in the gym, get moving and get those endorphins going.
