When things don’t go to plan, it can make us feel demotivated and low in energy.
If you need to lift your energy, change your posture. Your posture reflects how you feel. Once you have altered your posture, the work on your mind.
- Loosen any tension that you have in your body
- Stand up straight, put your shoulder back and stick our your chest
- Walk, whilst swinging your arm and keeping your head up and held high
- Stretch out your neck
- Focus on your breathing
- Finally, think of anything that makes you happy, or say a positive affirmation
Try this little exercise, each time you are feeling like you need a spring in your step.
