Something Needs To Change

Being burnout at work leads to chronic stress in the workplace. This can affect us physically and mentally. 

I have some strategies that can help you to maintain your workplace wellness.

  1. Ensure you have work-life balance. Make sure you use your holidays and also put time aside in order to do the activities that you enjoy. 
  2. Communicate with your boss. This is is vital. If you feel as though your workload is getting too much ask for help.
  3. Keep your routine. Whether you are in the office or not, having your non-negotiables always helps to keep you focused. Do these things and keep your boundaries. 
  4. Move. Movement and exercise is key for bringing out the endorphins and making you feel mentally refreshed.
