A question I would like to ask you is what does balance mean to you and how do you find balance?
The first thing to do is to ask yourself what brings you joy? What genuinely and truly makes you happy?
Next ask what things make you feel like yourself? What makes you feel centred?
Then finally look at your last few weeks and then to the future. Does it feel balanced to you?
If you know how to answer these then you can work out how to shape your day to day life to help yourself feel more balanced.
This could be committing to exercise a few nights a week, it could be freeing up more time to do an activity you enjoy.
