What are some ways that you can change how you feel when doubt crosses your mind and you feel as though you don’t have what it takes to get you to where you want to be.
- Work on your mindset. Do this daily. The more you work on your mindset, the stronger it gets. Read, meditate, journal. Whatever helps your mind get clarity, do it.
- Nurture your body. Give it energy, give it rest. This will help you to make better decisions when you feel doubt.
- Take action. Small steps on a daily basis to reach the vision that you have aligned.
- Trust the timing of where you are and have fun on the journey.
