Pause For A While

I don’t know if you can relate, but I find it hard to take a break or take time out.

I always feel as though I should be doing something.

Taking a break has many benefits. What are they?

  1. It enables you to look at things from a fresh perspective 
  2. It allows you to recharge your energy 
  3. It lets you reconnect with yourself mentally
  4. It lets you know that you are allowed to pause

Pausing doesn’t just mean stop what you are doing and be silent, it can be from going on a brisk walk, having a cup of tea or coffee, mediating, listen to a podcast or whatever makes you feel good in a short period of time. 

For me, I am going to do a 5-10 minute daily mediation.
