It is the weekend and it is Christmas weekend.
Here is my little reminder to take a break. Regardless of whether you feel like you have earned this rest or not, taking a break is a basic human need.
If you find yourself saying I need to do this, I need to do that. Think about how important this task is and whether it really needs to be done at this very moment or can it be done after you have reset.
Your wellbeing is vital. Remember to make this a priority during this festive period.
