My To Stop-Doing List

On a weekend, are you putting the pressure on yourself with the to do lists/ things you should do:

  • I should be creating content
  • I should be writing this blog post
  • I should be doing a food shop
  • I should do exercise 
  • I should eat my 5 a day 

The thing about our energy is that it doesn’t understand the things that we should be doing.  What I am trying to say is that if something you feel like you should be doing brings you tiredness and makes you feel overwhelmed, then maybe take them off your list or leave it for another day. 

This is my reminder to you that it is okay to reframe what you want to do for something that is more comfortable on your energy.
