Mindset shifts are always hard.
If you have a past of trying and failing when it comes to diets or fitness, or even taking part in certain activities and hobbies, this can lead to a self-sabotaging behaviours. Even when it comes to following your plan, your subconscious mind is scared to try because of the fear of falling again.
Change in any capacity is difficult, but if you do one thing, look at the small wins, but not forgetting the bigger picture and you are more likely to stay on track.
It is normal to go through periods of wanting to give-up completely and if you think this way, you aren’t alone.
