Draw The Line

We constantly prioritise other people over ourselves and by doing this, we make ourselves unhappy. 

We are not put on this planet to make others happy, we are put on this planet to create the life we want. 

Being kind and helpful is great but sometimes we aren’t sure when to draw the line. For example a friend got stood up on a date and wants to go on a wild night out you don’t like crazy nights but you go anyway, and in turn it makes you stressed and fed up. Maybe try and say kindly they would have more fun if they go with someone who enjoys clubbing or suggest an alternative such as a pub or a night in. 

That way, you are being kind to yourself and all your friend. 

Understand your boundaries and say no if you are putting yourself in a situation that makes you uncomfortable. 

You have the power over your choices in life.
