What Are You Saying?

What are you telling yourself? 

Our minds can create all sorts of stories and it turns into a big mess for example they text me a one word response. This turns into the story of what have I done to upset them, maybe they don’t like me and are avoiding me. 

It can quickly turn into stress and anxiety. 

The reality and fact of the intuition is that they were in a hurry, but wanted us to acknowledge they got the message. 

Before jumping to any conclusions or worries, think abut what really happened and if any situation actually led to this happening?
