When something triggers us, it is telling us that there is something within us showing up.
The thing with being triggered is we can’t unless there is already ammunition inside.
The emotions reaction that occurs is what leads us there and that hidden trauma is wanting to be acknowledged so that it can be released.
It is good to be aware of the things that trigger us and what causes us to react in certain ways as it takes away the power of the control from the trigger.
Working through what triggers us and getting rid of what does not serve us helps us to grow and develop and become stronger than we already are.
