How often do you check in with yourself and ask yourself what you want?

By establishing what you want, this helps to figure out the steps that are needed to take to get you there.

What things need to change to get you closer to your goals?

What obstacles are in your way?

What will be different for you when you get there?

Can you do it?

Change begins internally. You need to choose the correct mindset in order to stay focused and take action. You ned to believe that you can achieve what you want.
