Let us talk about consistency. This is essential when building good rituals, but it is one of the hardest things to master.
The thing that we will do today is answer a few questions:
- What has your lack of commitment cost you so far? Is it your relationships? Your long working hours? Your self-confidence.
- Now picture how you want your life to look in 5 years with you being consistent in your actions?
- Why do you want your life to look different?
- What can you do right now to start changing things?
Commitment starts now.
A few ways that you can recommit are :
- Writing a letter to yourself and why you deserve to live the life you want
- Reflect weekly on what went well and what didn’t
- Don’t give into excuses
- Hold yourself accountable in terms of actins and the way that you speak
