I have been thinking a bit about my journey to self-growth and acceptance and trusting myself and that things will workout, so if you are having this problem, here are some ways that you can trust yourself.
- Rely on yourself. This can be something as simple as completing your to do list.
- Remember you have your friends and family, they are there to support you, so allow yourself to go to them in times of need.
- Practice gratitude. Everyday, write a list of 3 things that you are grateful for.
- Continue to practice self-growth and adopt the mindset in order to separate the attachment from the outcome
- Purely trust that everything will work the way its should
