I want to talk to you about a mistake that many of us make and that is how we see ourselves as a person.
We often say things such as:
I don’t have enough time to do things as I have lots on my plate
Once I achieve this, I can focus on myself.
Does this sound like an excuse?
The thing is, how we feel about ourselves plays a part on how we show up at work, for our family and in the day to day activities that we do.
Taking care of ourselves helps us to create a healthy balance in our life and body. Everything we have is connected, so use this to your advantage.
