Do you feel like you are needy?

The thing is, you probably aren’t needy. There are just a few changes you might need to make. 

As humans, we all want to feel loved, valued and connected, but when we don’t have that, we try and shut off these needs to protect ourselves and avoid getting hurt. 

We shouldn’t ignore our needs when it comes to love and care. Where do you start?

  1. Get to know yourself and your needs. What things do you need to feel safe and loved?
  2. How do you communicate these needs? Communicate it honestly and respectfully. 
  3. Form relationships with people who are kind and willing to put in the effort to meet your needs.
