Being busy isn’t an excuse.
As someone who works and has their own business, it does feel as though life can get a bit much but I have to remember a few things:
- I choose to exercise 4 times a week.
- I chose to walk and do my steps throughout the day to avoid pain.
- I choose to drink my 2litres of water.
- I choose to practice being mindful.
I choose to prioritise my health and wellbeing because if I feel good inside, it will show on the outside.
I am not perfect and there are some weeks where I am slower or I choose to workout twice a week, but having these boundaries in place set me up to be the best and most successful version of myself and you can do this too, anything is possible when you put in the work.
