The weather this week hasn’t been the best and it really puts a downer on things.
If you are feeling a bit stuck and need something to help you feel happier, here are a few things that you can do.
At the end of each day, take your time to reflect. Upon reflecting, write down 3 good things that happened to you on that day. It can be something as small as getting a coffee. Whatever made you feel good that day, write it down.
Once you do this for the week, see how that makes you feel. Don’t ignore your feelings or struggles, but recognise that there are also good things in your life.
