Today is the Monday of all Mondays. It feels like everything is happening and just feels manic.
If you are having hard day, here are some ways that you can take care of yourself:
0. Move your body. Whether that is a workout, stretching or a walk. Just move and get the blood flowing.
0. Focus on your breathing- count to ten and take deep breath’s.
0. Eat a healthy meal that nourishes you and makes you feel good.
0. Ensure you spend time with people that make you feel emotionally happy.
0. Talk kindly to yourself. If you are struggling don’t beat yourself up about it, remember that it is normal.
