Monday comes around so fast.
How was your weekend? I certainly feel well rested today.
As humans, it is only normal to feel guilty, but here are things that you should NOT be feeling guilty for:
- What food you ate or drank over the weekend.
- Wanting your own space and time.
- Not always being able to give the energy that people expect of you.
- Being upset or feeling how you do.
- Spending the day watching your favourite shows all day.
- Asking for help.
These are basic things that us humans need. Don’t feel guilty for doing what is best for you.
