Something that is important in life and aids your wellbeing is feeling as though your life has meaning.
There are 3 key things to this. They are:
- Coherence. Does your life make sense? Is there something confusing about it?
- Mattering. Do you feel as though you existing is important?
- Purpose. Do you have a clear sense of direction?
These things can be hard for us to achieve. Make the time to invest in your wellness. Do things that you feel as meaningful such as volunteering, being kind to people, helping out.
Remember you are important and so is your life.
