“Just Be Positive”

Hi All. Happy Saturday. I hope you all have a great weekend.

Being positive I great, but we aren’t just meant to be positive. There are healthier ways to honour your emotions.

  1. Prioritise your self-care, in whatever way that means to you.
  2. Think of emotions as a message to you. What are they telling you?
  3. Take some time to sit with your emotions, allow them to be present.
  4. Let go of any expectation that tells you, you should be feeling a certain way.
  5. Remember you cannot solve everything right away, but know that you will find a way.

You can have a positive mindset but experience a whole host of emotions and this is part of the journey.
