Being positive I great, but we aren’t just meant to be positive. There are healthier ways to honour your emotions.
- Prioritise your self-care, in whatever way that means to you.
- Think of emotions as a message to you. What are they telling you?
- Take some time to sit with your emotions, allow them to be present.
- Let go of any expectation that tells you, you should be feeling a certain way.
- Remember you cannot solve everything right away, but know that you will find a way.
You can have a positive mindset but experience a whole host of emotions and this is part of the journey.
