Tap Into Your Wellbeing

Happy Sunday. I hope that you have had a great weekend.

I seem to be seeing a lot of people feeling uncertain about things, with the cost of living especially. Generally speaking, it seems to be an endless cycle of things happening and you think to yourself, “will this ever stop.”

However tough things may get, just remember that you will get a break. It might be financially, it might be career wise, it might be with friends, whatever it is, something good will happen, you just need to be patient.

What matters is the way we look at things and how we adapt to the situations that we are going through.

There are some ways in which we can make the easier and that is to:

  1. Practice gratitude. It might be hard to be grateful when we feel like things are difficult but we always have something to be grateful for.
  2. Pause for a moment. Think about why you feel like you do and what can you do to ease that. Focus on your breathing.
  3. Be creative. Colour, write, doodle. Get your creative mind flowing to help calm you.
