It Is Completely Normal

Hi! I hope you have had a good weekend.

Here are some reminders of a few things that are completely normal, even if society tells us otherwise.

  1. Being affected by something you thought you have got over. Just because it crops up, it doesn’t mean the work you put into healing is for nothing. Taking steps backwards is part of the process.
  2. Having therapy. It isn’t a sign that you are weak. You might choose to go to therapy because you want to process emotions, learn about yourself or because you are struggling with mental health. Regardless of the reason, it is normal.
  3. Having a bad day. You are still human and having a bad day is all part of life.
