Normalise It

We are always told to do things a certain way, but instead of that why don’t we try and normalise the following things:

  • Having bad days. Remember we are only human and not everything goes to plan.
  • Setting boundaries. These are important for us so that we manage to make time for ourselves.
  • Being disliked by people. No one can be liked by everyone and that is okay.
  • Needing space. When things get a bit much it is okay to find time for yourself.
  • Change is inevitable. It is a fact of life that things are going to change, it is all about how we deal with these changes.
