Are you feeling very tired? This is a common problem, so the main thing is to understand the reasons why you don’t have energy.
Let us talk about the root causes of fatigue.
- Hormonal. This could be anything ranging from, High or low oestrogen, insulin resistance, low cortisol and low testosterone.
- Nutrient deficiencies. These could be a lack of, Iron, Magnesium, B Vitamins and Vitamin D.
- Environmental factors may also play a part. This could be due to poor diet, stress, medication and trauma.
- Other factors may be inflammation, infections or even gut imbalances.
Aside from the above, other causes of tiredness may be:
- Alcohol consumption
- Food intolerances
- Mould exposure
- Postpartum
Remember, why you feel tired may be completely different to the next person. On a day to day basis how tired would you say you feel?
