Are You An Over Thinker?

Happy Saturday. I hope that whatever you do this weekend, you have a great one.

If you are someone who struggles with overthinking and creating all sorts of scenarios in your head, I am coming at you with a few affirmations to help ease and calm you during these moments.

  1. I have done my best today. Tomorrow is a new day.
  2. I am strong and I have the power to fight the challenges that arise.
  3. I can’t control the past, but I can control the here are now.
  4. The thoughts I have don’t always reflect reality
  5. I love myself and I deserve the best

Let me know if you try and adopt these affirmations during moments of overthinking and anxiety.
