On top of my Life Coaching I also offer personal training sessions.

What I Want You To Feel

I want you to feel as though you are happy and cared for. I want you to enjoy the sessions and feel your best self. All the sessions are tailored to you and what you tell me in the nutritional and lifestyle assessment that you complete before your sessions.

How Are The Sessions Done?

The sessions are done online via Zoom making it flexible and convenient. It doesn’t matter where you are or what equipment you have. I will ensure the sessions are the best for you and your journey.

What Type Of Training Is Offered?

I do the following training:

  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Cardio
  • Chronic illness.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle or learn to adapt and live with chronic illnesses, I am here to meet your needs.

How Long Are The Sessions?

  • I offer 45 or 60 minute single sessions
  • I do packages of 10 for 45 or 60 mins
  • I also do tailored programmes based on what you tell me, for 4-6 weeks that you can complete in your own time.

You will also get a discounted price on my 1-1 Life Coaching Sessions.


  • Single Session – 45 Mins -£30
  • Single Session – 60 mins – £40


  • 10 Sessions – 45 mins – £240
  • 10 Sessions – 60 mins – £280
