How Are The Sessions Done?

The sessions are done online via Zoom making it flexible and convenient. It doesn’t matter where you are or what equipment you have. I will ensure the sessions are the best for you and your journey.

12 Week Fitness & Nutrition Programme

This is a 12 week Fitness Coaching Programme.

Following on from a free 30 minute consultation call, you will get:

  • Weekly Check In’s via WhatsApp, Voice Note or Email on a set day and time.
  • 2 exercise plans- 1 every 6 weeks based on your goals
  • Personalised macros and calories tailored to you with recipe ideas
  • Video demonstration of exercises
  • A coaching PDF
  • 1 free virtual PT session

Your investment: £135 every 4 weeks- £540 total

Bridal Fitness Bootcamp

I want you to be in the best headspace for your wedding, to have the strategies in place to help you to reach your goals and to feel the happiest and healthiest on your big day.

We will begin with a free 30 minute clarity call.

During the 6 weeks during 1:1 sessions, we will cover:

  • Your relationship with food, the science behind emotional eating, cravings and hormones. I will then draw up a tailored nutrition plan for you
  • Lifestyle and fitness. I will then create a bespoke fitness plan for you to follow
  • A virtual exercise session including breath work
  • Body love & confidence
  • Stress Management
  • Closing call with any final questions and queries you may have.

Alongside this, you will get a Live Well Wedding Guide and email or WhatsApp support until your wedding day. After your wedding we will schedule you a short catchup to see how you did.

I know planning a wedding is expensive so to help, payments are as follows:

  • A £60 deposit to secure your coaching spot
  • £220 paid on week 3
  • £200 paid on week 6

Total paid £480. You can pay in full if you wish.

  • 10 Sessions – 45 mins – £240
  • 10 Sessions – 60 mins – £280 

Tailored Programmes

  • 4-6 week plan exercise plan – £180
  • 4-6 week nutrition plan- £150
  • Combined exercise and nutrition plan – £220
